Unconditional 100% Satisfaction

We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. In an unlikely event that we’ve made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please email us immediately at bnmstore.com@gmail.com with details so that we can make it right! If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped to you free of cost. If the replacement product is not available, you will get the store credit which may be utilized to buy any other product of the same value. The damaged/ defective should be returned in “as-new” condition in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase. All returns MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Trolley. Without valid RMA no return/ exchange would be accepted.
